Once the fats are melted, mix in honey to your liking, then stir in the Tangerine Essential Oil after cooling for a few minutes but while still liquid.
Pour the melted fats over the powders, mix well to a pancake batter consistency, then spoon the chocolate over the pomegranate in the molds. Chill in the refrigerator to harden.
A Note of Caution:

Are Essential Oils Safe to Ingest?
When exploring the realm of natural wellness, a frequently asked question is whether it's safe to ingest essential oils. The short answer is that it can be, under specific conditions. It's crucial to ensure that any essential oil intended for ingestion is of therapeutic quality. This guarantees purity and effectiveness, minimizing risks associated with adulterated oils.
Moreover, including fats in recipes, as seen in our Tangerine-infused Raw Chocolates, plays a vital role in protecting mucous membranes. The presence of fats acts as an emulsifier, aiding in the safe incorporation of essential oils into our diets without irritating or damaging delicate internal tissues.
However, the oral use of essential oils, especially during pregnancy, should be approached with caution. Always seek advice from a qualified health practitioner to ensure safety for both mother and child. Essential Oils for Pregnancy Nausea: A Whiff of Relief
Morning sickness, a common occurrence in pregnancy, can be an unsettling experience, impacting daily life and well-being. Fortunately, nature offers a gentle, effective remedy through essential oils, which have been celebrated for their therapeutic properties for thousands of years. Here's why incorporating essential oils into your morning routine could be a game-changer for expectant mothers grappling with nausea and vomiting.
The Science Behind the Scents
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that harness the essence of their source, offering a plethora of health benefits. For morning sickness, specific oils like ginger, peppermint, and lemon have shown promising results. Ginger, with its long history in traditional medicine for treating nausea, translates its potent anti-emetic properties into its essential oil form, providing a natural remedy for queasiness. Peppermint oil, known for its refreshing scent, can soothe the stomach and alleviate the discomfort of nausea. Lemon oil, with its uplifting citrus aroma, can help neutralize stomach acids and reduce the sensation of sickness.
How to Use Essential Oils for Morning Sickness
Aromatic Use: Simply inhaling the aroma of an essential oil can provide immediate relief from nausea. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or diffuser and breathe in deeply.
Topical Application: Dilute a few drops of essential oil with a carrier oil like coconut or almond and gently massage onto pressure points such as the wrists or behind the ears.
Bath Time: Adding a few drops of essential oils to a warm bath can create a calming environment, allowing the therapeutic vapors to be inhaled and absorbed through the skin.
Choosing the Right Oils
Quality matters when it comes to essential oils. Opt for pure, therapeutic-grade oils to ensure safety and efficacy. While essential oils offer a natural alternative, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare provider before incorporating them into your pregnancy care routine, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medication.
The Bottom Line
Essential oils offer a holistic approach to managing morning sickness, providing a natural, soothing remedy that can enhance the pregnancy experience. By leveraging the power of nature's pharmacy, expectant mothers can find comfort and relief, making room for more joy and anticipation for the arrival of their little one.

Esencial #2: Pimienta Negra (Pimienta negra)
